Hot topic: Cheryl and Ken discover Warrick, Vanderburgh, Perry, Spencer County taxpayers are being blocked by government appointed attorneys regarding access to public records; the system has been weaponized by attorneys being “Gatekeepers”. The taxpayers are over the target with their Public Servants antics of hiding the receipts. A video is played with a man from Indiana encountering public record access issues with the Indiana Secretary of States office.

The Indiana Public Counselor, Luke Britt, vacated the position to assist the public in obtaining public records. An interim appointment of Steve Carter is the contact until Indiana Governor Braun appoints a replacement. Imagine waiting three years for a public access record and still counting.

The conversation continues with the “open container” law in downtown Evansville, with the confirmation to allow drinking in recyclable cups near the Magic Kingdom playground.

The previous issue of tampons in the men’s public library is discussed. Do know the VANDERBURGH County Commissioners appoint the board members that supported tampons in the men’s bathroom. 🚽 Bottomline: taxpayers are still wastefully paying for tampons in the public restrooms at the libraries.

SB 158 is passed allowing for prosecution of false allegations of “swatting”.

The Evansville Foundation board member, supporting EVSC endeavors, confirms his small children purposefully attend parochial school over the public school and the Foundation no longer wants to maintain the free single family homes donated by EVSC to the foundation by taxpayer funds. Wow!
