Off-Duty Butts County Sheriff’s Deputy Fatally Shoots Man at Georgia Waffle House 3/4

On 10.31.2019 Nicholas Phinazee Bryan walked into a Waffle House in Georgia and began using racial slurs and being confrontational to 3 cops inside. A heated argument ensued and a short physical altercation when one of the cops discharged his weapon striking Bryan in the hip which led to Bryans death.

Robert Lewis Henderson Jr. was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and aggravated assault in connection to the death of Nicholas Phinazee Bryan, of Milner.
