So I will continue posting fitness-related videos, it will be at least 25% of my content here.

And in order for your mind to function at its full capacity, you must first train your body. Physical fitness is the foundation for everything else in your life. If you want to achieve your maximum potential in all things, it starts with training your body.
85% of that is done in the kitchen (the right food, fluids & supplements), 15% is accomplished in the gym – and you need to do both.
