DISNEY Park Employee Charged for Up Skirt Videos of Minor Guests

Disney and one of their employees are facing a lawsuit over accusations the employee was making inappropriate videos of female guests including children.

The named employee in the lawsuit is also facing criminal penalties for the incident in question. Disney’s involvement in the situation is because the employee has done this sort of thing in the past and Disney was aware of it. Instead of firing said employee he remained employed and around guests. Hundreds of videos were found on his cell phone, recorded over the course of 6 years.
