Do You Use This Seed Starting Strategy?!

Do you chit?! I've tried chitting some of my seeds so I can see which ones are germinating which saves me time, space and compost. I've discovered some work better than others but I'm curious to find out if you chit and what seeds, if any, would you not bother chitting?
