Karen Read - Final Pretrial (Will the trial be continued?)

With the Second trial for Karen Read starting on April 1, 2025, the final pretrial hearing regarding multiple motions that remain outstanding takes place today.

Among the topics is the request to continue the trial date, the allowance of third party culprits, the securing of footage from the Karen Read documentary, and the biggest of all.......the text messages between Karen Read and David Yanetti which are shielded by Attorney-Client privilege.
