This information concerns CIA Mercenary James Files and his direct role as a shooter in the JFK Assassination. He is the shooter who was on the grassy knoll who made the right temple headshot on JFK. The truth needs to be known by all Americans, and the world. The CIA killed JFK. I attached the confession of James Files and a few interviews about the crime of the century. I respect Robert Groden, but (forgive me) he seems to refuse to even consider the eye-witness testimony and confession of CIA Mercenary James Files.

Groden previously admitted on video that he believed James Files story. James was indeed the shooter on the grassy knoll; he fired one headshot that hit President Kennedy in the right temple. So many folks seem to want to just perpetuate the CIA cover question..."Did Lee Harvey Oswald have a co-conspirator". Clearly, Oswald was the non-shooter PATSY....just as he claimed he was. I personally approached Robert Groden at the JFK Conference Dinner in Dallas on Saturday evening, 18 November 2023, and spoke with him about James Files. Robert Groden wasn't even interested in interviewing James Files; I was astonished at the time. Many people, especially those who work in the 6th Floor Museum, are just supporting the official Warren Commission story about Lee Harvey Oswald. Lee Harvey Oswald was NOT a shooter in Dealey Plaza; Lee was set up by the CIA.

This account is directly from Johnny Roselli (the Chicago Mafia "Made-Man" in Dealey Plaza who was a member of the JFK assassination team) to Robert Clayton Buick during hundreds of hours of private conversation while they were in prison together. Robert Clayton Buick collected this information as an informant for the FBI; he was released from prison 14 years early due to this intelligence operation for the feds. There were at least four shooters and at least seven shots fired. The four shooters were reported to be Marshall Caifano, Charles Nicoletti, James Files, and Malcolm "Mac" Wallace. Roscoe White may have been a shooter also on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository Building. According to Robert Clayton Buick (Author of Assassination and prison mate with Johnny Roselli), The first shot was from Chicago Mafia Made-man Marshall Joseph Caifano; he fired two shots from the front from the left side of the triple railroad overpass. Caifano's first shot hit the JFK limo windshield near the rearview mirror and the second shot hit JFK in the throat. James Files disagrees with Robert Clayton Buick's account of Marshall Caifano's involvement. Johnny Roselli told Robert Clayton Buick this account during their time in prison. Charles Nicoletti was the shooter from the second floor of the DalTex Building from the open window under the fire escape; Johnny Roselli was in the room with Charles Nicoletti. Eugene Hale Brading (DalTex Building owner Hunt's adopted son) was guarding the locked office door where Roseli and Nicoletti were located. There was a spotter on the fire escape just above the second story window. Charles "Chuck" (aka Typewriter) Nicoletti shot JFK in the back of the head from that second story office in the DalTex building. 28-year Veteran CIA Mercenary James Files WASthe back-up shooter on the grassy knoll from behind the picket fence. Malcolm "Mac" Wallace was shooting at Governor Connally from the school book depository; however, he thought Senator Ralph Yarborough was going to be riding in the seat in front of President Kennedy. LBJ wanted Senator Ralph Yarborough dead except he failed to convince JFK to switch those passengers at Love Field. JFK and LBJ fought over the reverse passenger arrangement at the airport. Chicago Mafia Hitman Gary "The Raven" Marlowe killed Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tippit with a .38 revolver...NOT Lee Harvey Oswald...the shells from a semi-auto pistol had been planted later as a distraction. Revolvers don't leave brass behind. Gary Marlowe brought the .38 revolver to James Files after the assassination at his motel in Mesquite, Texas and confessed to James Files that he had killed "a cop". The CIA used the Chicago Mafia to kill JFK. Secret Service Chauffeur Bill Greer knew JFK was going to be assassinated. Bill Greer slowed at the umbrella man to assist the assassins to make their shots to kill both JFK and Ralph Yarborough (actually Connally). The spliced Zapruder Film is extremely important; however, I believe James Files confession and eye-witness testimony is the most important evidence. No weapons used in the assassination were 6.5mm...they were .30-06, .221 Remington Fireball, and 7.65mm Mauser. It obviously was NOT Lee Harvey Oswald. The CIA were responsible for many political assassinations under their Title 50 License to Kill". The CIA killed Chilean President Allende, Marilyn Monroe, President Kennedy (The American Republic), witnesses and participants of the JFK assassination (David Ferrie), reporters investigating the assassination (Dorothy Kilgallen), MLK Jr, RFK, Che Guevara, Jimmy Hoffa, Sam Giancana, Johnny Roselli, Charles Nicoletti, Mary Jo Kopechne (favor for Ted Kennedy), and many others. They missed Texas Senator Ralph Yarborough. The Mafia wiseguys who killed Marilyn Monroe were Charles "Typewriter" Nicoletti, Louie "Lips" Merceri, Dominic "Butch" Brasi, and another man who is still alive. Jimmy Hoffa's body was burned up in the incinerator at the garbage dump in Detroit shortly after he was killed. A joint CIA/Mafia team killed Jimmy Hoffa. John 8:32

The attached videos are evidence of this explanation. The CIA Plan to kill JFK was called Operation ZIPPER. The first five pages of the formerly TOP SECRET CIA Operation ZIPPER document are attached below. I have the remaining 23 pages that were released by CIA Deputy Director of Clandestined Operations, Robert Trumbull Crowley. Most of the real autopsy photos and the NSA intercepts are not available to the public. JFK was killed by two headshots fired by two shooters…Charles Nicoletti and James Files. Lee Harvey Oswald was NOT one of the shooters; Oswald never fired a shot. Nicoletti fired a head shot from a Mauser bolt-action rifle chambered in .30-06 from the second story of the Dal-Tex building; he was accompanied in that room by Johnny Roselli. First shot from the front likely fired by Marshall Caifano hit the windshield, then a second shot through JFK's throat. The shots that hit Governor John Connally were fired from the sixth floor of the school book depository by Mac Wallace. Almost simultaneously as Nicoletti fired, James Files fired a single shot from a Remington XP-100 chambered in .221 Fireball loaded with a mercury-filled bullet over the fence on the grassy knoll that struck JFK in the right temple. There were at least four shooters with a total of at least 7 shots; two by Caifano, three by Mac Wallace, one by Nicoletti and one by James Files. The Mafia hit was sanctioned by the CIA and included the shooter on the grassy knoll, James Files, who was a paid CIA Mercenary working under the pseudonym Colonel John Felter (an employee of the CIA Proprietary front - United Fruit Company). James Files was paid $30,000 cash for the assassination of JFK; he was paid more for another man that was killed after the Clyde Murchison party the night before. LBJ, J Edgar Hoover, Allen Dulles, John McCone, James Jesus Angleton, Robert Trumbull Crowley, David Atlee Phillips, Marshall Carter, William King Harvey, William Sullivan, George H W Bush (Head of CIA Operation 40), Major General Ed Lansdale, and many others including a few Secret Service Agents, and the Dallas Police were involved in killing President Kennedy. Lee Harvey Oswald was just a patsy who was the fall guy. Secret Service Agent / JFK Limo Driver Thomas Shipman refused to go along with the plot to assassinate JFK; he was assigned to Camp David and murdered in October to keep him from revealing the assassination plot. Jim Scott is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in aviation safety, construction safety management, law enforcement, military service, and education. He currently serves as the Director of Safety at High Voltage Aviation (HVA-Inc.), where he has successfully supervised aviation safety management systems for helicopter aviation powerline construction services without a single project incident or injury since the company’s inception in January 2022. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Field Safety Coordinator/Manager at Service Electric Company (SEC) from 2012 to 2022, overseeing safety programs for major transmission and substation projects across several utility providers, including NIPSCO, AEP, Dominion, Duke, TVA, Southern Co., Alabama Power, Georgia Power, and Florida Power & Light.
Earlier in his career, Jim held the position of Field Safety Coordinator at Dillard Smith Construction Co., where he ensured OSHA compliance for major electrical power transmission construction projects. In 2009-2010, he was a Project Safety Supervisor for Price-Gregory International, where he managed safety protocols during the construction of 260 miles of the TransCanada Keystone Crude Oil Pipeline from Kansas to Oklahoma. He also worked with Henkels & McCoy Inc. in 2008-2009, serving as a Quality Assurance & Safety Coordinator for the construction of 130 miles of the same pipeline across North Dakota, and again in 2009 as the Quality Assurance & Lead Safety Coordinator for the construction of the Kinder Morgan Gas Pipeline, which included HDD construction under the Mississippi River at Vicksburg, Mississippi.

Jim’s background extends beyond construction safety. He spent eight years as a Virginia State Trooper from 1994 to 2002, where he achieved a remarkable 97% conviction rate, conducted over 10,000 vehicle stops, investigated over 550 crashes, and handled major incidents such as train derailments and an aircraft crash. He also served as a Vehicle Accident Reconstruction Investigator and Helicopter FLIR Operator, attending specialized training like the DEA Narcotics Interdiction School. His background in education includes teaching American History at E.C. Glass High School and serving as an Assistant Track Coach at Lynchburg College, where he contributed to four consecutive ODAC championships.

In his earlier professional years, Jim held leadership roles in business and construction-related industries. He was the Executive Vice President of the Home Builders Association, where he managed a membership of over 160 corporations for the National Association of Home Builders. He also worked as an Executive Assistant for WAYTEC Inc., liaising with the Board of Directors on safety workforce development.

Jim’s military background is extensive, having served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1980 to 1992, where he rose to the rank of Captain and held roles such as Helicopter Pilot, Department Head of Safety, and Instructor. He logged over 2,250 accident-free flight hours as a CH-46 Helicopter pilot and held several advanced ratings, including Level 3 Night Vision Goggle Instructor and Functional Test Pilot. His service included special operations in Northern Iraq (1991), the Persian Gulf (1987), and Central America (1984). He was also attached to SEAL Team Two as an Air Officer/TACP Forward Air Controller in 1986 and served as an Intelligence Officer during deployments to Puerto Rico and Vieques.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Jim’s educational background is equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Citadel, where he was an academic standout, earning spots on the Dean's List, graduating with honors, and receiving the U.S. Marine Corps Commandant's Trophy as the #1 Honor Graduate at Officer Candidates School.
