Trump & Waltz explain SIGNAL text snafu about leaked "war plans" - March 25, 2025

At a cabinet press briefing just after an intelligence hearing on the day following a possible hack or leak (or a Deep State counter-intelligence operation) of "war plans" against Yemen, no reporter asked either Trump or Waltz how a media outlet's editor's phone number got on Waltz's smart-phone, whether it was an iPhone or Android, and how or why this person was invited to the encrypted conversion on the SIGNAL app. Waltz said he didn't know the person and one news outlet reported that Waltz's aid was responsible. Supposedly it's being investigated, so hopefully we'll have more answers in the future. Also, the person left the conversation very early into the text meeting. Waltz once worked for Dick Cheney, and raised raised suspicions too. But Trump vouched for Waltz and said he was a good man.
