Beef with vegetables
INGREDIENTS:
• beef
• onion
• sweet pepper
• tomatoes
• a little tomato (or tomato sauce)
• butter
• salt
• pepper
• smoked paprika
• Svan salt
• ground coriander
• other seasonings to taste
• garlic
• bay leaf
• greens (especially delicious with cilantro!)
PREPARATION:
1. Cut the beef into cubes. Add salt, pepper, and seasonings.
2. Coarsely chop the onion and sweet pepper.
3. Put the butter in a baking dish, then a layer of meat, onion, tomatoes and pepper.
4. Add a little tomato or tomato sauce, salt, pepper, seasonings and bay leaf.
5. Cover with a lid and place in a preheated 190 degree oven for 2-2.5 hours.
6. Remove from the oven, add finely chopped garlic and fresh herbs.
This dish is not only fragrant, but also incredibly tasty! Try it and see for yourself!
