Exodus 9 – Why didn't the heavenly Father cut them from off the face of the earth? 2017

Exo 9:15
"For if by now I had put forth My hand and struck you and your people with pestilence, you would then have been cut off from the earth.

If Elohim wanted to actually put forth His hand, He would have struck them all dead. They would have been totally cut off from the face of the earth. But He did not do that. Why didn't He?

Exo 9:16
"But, indeed, for this cause I have allowed you to remain, in order to show you My power, and in order to proclaim My name through all the earth.

Elohim allows those who are evil to remain in order to show His power. Paul quotes this passage to prove that very same point, and in order to demonstrate the sovereignty of Elohim (Romans 9:17-23).
