Indian version of commonwealth drill

It's just not my favorite. ❌The extreme jolt to the body as the foot is slammed down in #commonwealthdrill ❌The foot compensation each time a foot is slammed down, many slightly pivot the opposite foot on the platform to bring the heels together. Some don't and more accurately slam that foot down very close to if not touching the other heel, most likely scarring the heels each time.
