Fallout 4 Ep 8: Tenpines joins, Wattz Electronics Store, new Scarlet Coat, Black Devil message.

Tenpine Bluff joins the Minutemen.
Using the materials at hand, we begin to clean up Tenpines Bluff.
Due to a lack of resources, we must return to the Commonwealth in search of scrap. We go south to Wattz Electronics Store, hoping to discover some decent junk. We put on our new Scarlet Coat. While looting the store, we come upon a message about someone called the Black Devil.
