Opposition slam Government's "rotten, dirty" speaking rights proposal

Opposition TDs have voiced fierce opposition to the Government's proposed solution to the Dáil speaking rights row, with one TD vowing to oppose their "stinking, rotten, dirty deal with Michael Lowry".
