S04 E03 - I believed I was attacked by a Caribbean Evil Spirit

I noticed this yesterday, that I was sunburned. But when I looked closer, I noticed 4 small puncture wounds on the left side of my face. Initially, I thought I had scratched myself, but with 4 very small puncture wounds, there is no way my nail could have done that. I knew something would happen down there, but I didn't count on wounds.
