A manned expedition to Mars turns into a nightmare when astronauts begin vanishing without a trace. The surviving crew members soon discover that an unseen, monstrous force lurks beneath the planet’s sandy surface, waiting to strike. As their numbers dwindle, they must find a way to fight an enemy they cannot see.
