Kurt's Army Brief for 3-24-25

It is a trademark own and use by me, Dean Summers, on my new YouTube Channel and shared on my Kurt’s Army Facebook page. Kurt’s Army is copyrighted 2025. Michelle and others at the “Who Killed Kurt” Channel are using my trademark without my permission. They are not a legitimate organization it is my belief that they have allegedly stolen Alana Moodie’s money in an amount exceeding 5,000 Canadian dollars. Matthew Richer and Alana Moodie have receipts that prove this fact. Alana Moodie’s intended investment was to create a documentary on the Cobain case that may never see the light of day. The only thing produced were some poorly done interview videos of Joe Burns, a recently discovered witness to events leading to Kurt’s murder. These videos were purposely leaked to the public, destroying the exclusive marketability of a documentary to the public and thus ruining any chance of the documentary being produced. Joe Burn’s himself gave specific rights to the interview with him to the gentleman that filmed him and the one that interviewed him Matthew Richer not Michelle at the “Who Killed Kurt” Channel. This agreement was entered into on video before the interview began. Despite the project being abandoned Alana Moodie’s money has not been returned to her. The raw footage of the interview they received was only for their personal use to prove the project was well underway and to remain the exclusive property of the producers until completion of the documentary. This stolen interview video footage is considered an embezzlement of Alana Moodie’s investment and the rights of the producers. Alana Moodie lives in Australia and certainly she has been taken advantage of illegally under Australian law possibly as well. When I began this pursuit for truth and justice for Kurt Cobain, I never thought it would be a two-year battle, and I never thought I would be so aggressively attacked by those allegedly claiming to do the same. Kurt’s Army has only received a $35 donation so far in this pursuit. Meanwhile, I have suffered email attacks that continue to destroy my efforts. I have been attacked by the ladies of “Who Killed Kurt” (WKK), American Spy Fox (ASF), and Tom Grant and his followers. The WKK stole and caused the shutdown of my original Facebook page, WTF Seattle Have Blood on Their Hands which was dedicated to solving Kurt’s case with the help of Oriel administrator of Flip the Verdict. ASF has told me last year (2024) my newly discovered evidence does not matter. Tom Grant and the followers of his Facebook page allegedly devoted to the same pursuit kicked me out when I asked, “Who killed the Volvo?” The Volvo was one of Kurt’s cars that was still parked in the garage at the time Kurt’s body was found. The car had slashed tires indicating foul play may have been involved in Kurt’s death. Tom Grant proved he is not on the level all of 2023 by not answering my pertinent questions about Kurt’s death. He is gatekeeping and obstructing the investigation into Kurt’s death rather than truly doing anything to solve it. This latest attack by WKK regarding alleged copyright infringement is a huge blow, not to mention how could they copyright a video created in the United States and partly owned by one of the interviewers, Matthew Richer without his permission? Additionally, I have already had to recover from three platforms being taken over and shut down by people associated with them. The attack and takeover of my Facebook page was led by Lisa of the WKK and Oriel. Oriel administrator of the Flip the Verdict Facebook page set me and Matthew Richer up for a video chat while she only wore a bra and panties. The audio is ridiculously funny yet not really when you consider it was a calculated trap. This trap resulted in my suspension and the erasure of my Facebook page containing all my evidence which had attracted 3000 followers that I lost as well. The attack by these groups seems to be in opposition to our shared goal of solving Kurt Cobain’s murder case. Instead of supporting me further after revealing I have five new pieces of evidence, they have been determined to hate me instead in order to gain exclusive control of that information in every way possible and including a mutually concerned membership audience. Their goal has been to personally defame me by telling lies about me on every platform and group they have created or belong to. The lies talked about me include I email women inappropriately and I only gossip about the case without facts or proof. The WKK in every group they get involved regarding the case deliberately cause fighting
