Radio host Chris Stark has revealed he was diagnosed with testicular cancer but is now "effectively cured" after early detection and surgery. The Capital Breakfast Show and former BBC Radio 1 presenter shared on social media that he also underwent chemotherapy to prevent recurrence and will return to work on Tuesday.

Stark urged men to check themselves regularly, admitting he felt like an "idiot" for not noticing sooner but emphasized that the cancer is "so, so treatable" if caught early. He thanked his family, friends, and medical staff for their support.

Colleagues, including Jordan North, Siân Welby, and Scott Mills, praised his bravery. Testicular cancer is most common in men aged 15-49, with symptoms including lumps, swelling, or pain in the testicle, according to the NHS.
