16-year-old shot dead inside downtown Toronto condo, firearm recovered from lake

Toronto police say a 16-year-old boy has died after a shooting inside a downtown condo over the weekend.

A 19-year-old man has turned himself into police and faces a second-degree murder charge.

The victim and suspect were “known to each other” and were friends, police said.
