Full Body Conditioning Workout with Stretch Series | 60 Minutes

This total body interval-style workout is designed to target all the major muscle groups and guaranteed to make you feel the muscular burn! In addition to the 45 minutes of conditioning work, we will have just under 2 minutes of concentrated breath work, concluding with a full 15 minutes of stretching on the stability ball and mat.

I am using 10's, a mini-band, a stability ball, and a yoga mat in today's program. However, you don't need to have equipment to have a successful workout; training shoes are optional and prescribed jumping can always be modified for low to no impact. If you don't have a band or ball, this workout is still totally doable with a chair or edge of a couch.
