@themagicinhue hey tribe… gratitude.. I actually already know what to do.. just underestimated this blue light. Already have incandescent bulbs, already recognize the power of the sun, getting 30mins-2hrs daily, and what a vital component it is to our absorption, digestion, and functioning of all of our bodily systems not just our circadian rhythm.
🌞 This is why I eat 95% sun foods daily. I rise and drink 30ounces+ water & herbal tea, first meal which is ONLY FRUIT should be at 12pm, only one other cooked meal a day by 3-4pm (I’m on a high raw lifestyle right now), and last meal again sun powered foods only fruit or veggies before 8pm.
💦 ☀️ If the food has to be rehydrated in any way, then ITS DEHYDRATING THE BODY. The best way to get minerals and vitamins is through the sun and sun powered food sources so plants, and not pill form.
🎯 The biggest part of this is recognizing, and operating from this balance within the parameters of your usage and your body, versus your time in Sun, and your Sun consumption in food.
⚖️👩🏾Here’s the thing… Im a homeschooling mom… I get things done at night 🤷🏾‍♀️!!! When you wake up early, THEY WAKE UP TOO 🤣🤣🤣. So I know what to do.. I just have other priorities right now in regards to waking and sleep times, building and creating 👩🏾‍🎨peacefully, as well as IM COMPLETELY UNINTERESTED IN GOING OUTSIDE IN THIS COLD 🥶… anyway.. love yall..
