Rep. Andy Biggs: District Judge blocking Trump orders should step off case

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who blocked the Trump administration’s deportation of illegal immigrant gang members, should have recused himself from the case due to several conflicts of interest. Boasberg attended a privately funded legal conference in July 2024 that featured speakers and topics that revolved around anti-Trump sentiments.
