Thanksgiving dinner isn’t complete without a slice of pie. And in Kansas City, there’s a good chance your pie comes from Tippin’s. The president of the Kansas City, Kansas-based bakery said about ten weeks of the fall holiday rush accounts for roughly 40 percent of the company’s business. But year-round business is going so well, Tippin’s is expanding.
