Jubal (1956)

Directed by Delmer Daves. It stars Glenn Ford as Jubal Troop, a drifter who is taken in by a kind rancher (Ernest Borgnine) but soon becomes entangled in a web of jealousy and betrayal when the rancher's unfaithful wife (Valerie French) sets her sights on him. Meanwhile, a resentful ranch hand (Rod Steiger) schemes against him, leading to deadly consequences.
