Or an alleged rolling stop?

Is it LAWFUL being judged by a civil servant who gets commissions for issuing citations?

The current training of law enforcement's that of a system that "charges" you.

You get summoned (invited) to a private corporation under threat and duress....

Which then pirates your money by forcing you to create a financial instrument of a "bond",

That they sell out the back door that is then put on the bond market to enhance the "Court Registry Investment System".

Is this what you thought the legal system was?

Is this what you thought you were agreeing to when you contracted to get a driver's license?

I will die on this hill or criminal behavior.

These two men lost their lives at the side of the road due to low IQ, TRAINED so called "law enforcement" officers.

The Supreme Court has already ruled that one has the right to travel.

They have ruled that when people are not in commerce, they are not required to obtain a state driver's license to use their private conveyances on the public roads.

But did any DMV close because of that ruling?
Did the DMV's tell the public that a license is only required if they are in commerce?

Did they say that a motor vehicle has a LEGAL definition that refers to a conveyance FOR HIRE $$$???

No, that would hurt their bottom line.

So if you want to exercise your rights, first you have to learn what they are.

I've not used a license since January of 2024.
