Health Update March 23, 2025
Recovering from Post Jab - Long Covid is a roller coaster.
One week i feel about normal, the next I can barely get out of bed.
Most mornings are very sluggish, tough to get out of bed. Wake up with what seems to be restless leg syndrome, aches, pain and just have to move. Health gets better as day goes on. Evenings/Night I feel much better. I wonder if its cortisol related? I am trying to find out what is causing this up/down to see if I can better improve my symptoms.
Went through a 3-6 month period where I took naps almost daily, however, last few weeks I have only taken 1 nap. This has been since I started methylene blue, as I believe it does wake me up more? Too much caffeine makes me dizzy and shaky, so I dont do too much.
Current Treatments:
RIFE Frequencies (Detox, Grounding), Methylene Blue, Juice Plus, Celery Juice, Vitamins, Pectasol, Kailo Pain Patch
Been going on 2 mile walks daily. Turned on "active" mode on my Oura Ring.
If I play too much FPS video games I get dizzy and fatigued. Stressful situations can cause pain/tremors.
It seems that when I "detox" too much from doing more physical activity, RIFE, Grounding (IMO very beneficial) I will have liver pains, fatigue, shakes, and I will get (warning - gross) lots of green chemically smelling slime out of my nose. I have a hypothesis that the body detoxes heavily through the sinuses.
I think the grounding is very helpful as it supposedly helps the body return to homeostasis and helps with blood flow. I used to not be able to do grounding as it would make me shake and ache, but i do the grounding frequency on PERL (RIFE) machine and my body seems to handle it much better.
Overall trend is still up! I have to remind myself on the bad days of just how far i have come from 1, 2, or 3 years ago. So dont lose faith, stay positive and focus on detoxing and rebuilding your body and im certain that the recovery will continue. The human body is amazing if we let it do its job. And removing the bad foods and toxins will allow the body to do its thing!
