INGREDIENTS:
1- Bread slices 6
2- Oil for frying
3- Sugar 1/2 cup
4- Water 1/3cup
5- Milk 1 litre
6- Green cardamom powder 1/2tsp
7- Almond chopped 20g
8- Pistachio chopped 20g
9- Vanilla custard powder 2tbsp
10- Hot milk 2tbsp

PREPARATION:
1- Cut the edges of bread slices. Then cut from the center to make a triangle as shown in the video.
2- Fry bread slices until golden brown.
3- Add sugar to the saucepan, then add water and mix until sugar is dissolved then turn off flame.
4- Dip fried bread slices in sugar syrup. Repeat the process with all fried bread slices.
5- Add milk in the same sugar syrup. Mix then add green cardamom powder.
6- Bring it to a boil.
7- In a bowl add vanilla custard powder and hot milk. Mix them well together.
8- Boil milk for 20 minutes on medium-low flame.
9- Add chopped almonds, pistachio, and vanilla custard mixture. Mix and cook until you get the desired consistency.

ASSEMBLING:
1- Put fried bread slices in a serving dish as shown in the video.
2- Add milk mixture (Rabri). Garnish with green cardamom powder, almond, and pistachio.
3- Serve chilled.
