Two graduations, over ten hours in the car, and a whole lot of love. This weekend reminded me of something powerful-parenting is tough, but every moment is worth it. Last night, I got a message from a close friend thanking my wife and me for raising kind, self-aware, and loving kids. That message hit deep.

The truth is, there's no real guide to parenting. You just figure it out as you go-through the tears, the struggles, the joy, and the victories. It's like running: it pushes you to your limits, makes you want to quit, but you keep going because your kids need you. No matter what stage you're in-little ones, teens, or young adults-they need you, even when they act like they don't.

If you're in the trenches of parenting right now, hang in there. One day, you'll see them accomplish things, and it'll all be worth it. Keep raising them with love, patience, and strength. They need you.
