Here's a simple and delicious Baked Cherry Tomato Spaghetti Pasta recipe:

Ingredients:

250g spaghetti

300g cherry tomatoes (halved)

4 cloves garlic (minced)

¼ cup olive oil

1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven

Set your oven to 200°C (400°F).

2. Prepare Tomatoes

In a baking dish, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and oregano.

Spread them evenly and roast for 20–25 minutes until they burst and become slightly caramelized.

3. Cook Pasta

While the tomatoes are roasting, cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.

Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

4. Combine Everything

Add the drained pasta to the roasted tomatoes and mix well.

If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.

5. Serve

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and garnish with fresh basil.

Serve warm
