Kimberly Turner spoke about her experiences in losing her relatives as well as enduring the Covid19 pandemic and lockdowns, highlighting her book, "Embers." Darlene Rufra hosted the event at the Kentucky Family Association's conference room.

Kim Turner is a mom of 2, grandmother of 1, sister with four siblings, and a daughter. She is an American whose story here reflects the story of many others in some common ways but distinctly details how the Pandemic of the world impacted her life personally. Kim is a person of passion for good and most of all a Follower of Christ. Her overarching desire is to offer Hope! Having a relationship with her Creator God has been at the foundation of her story and at the foundation of why her desire is to be a “Conduit of Hope”. It is for this reason that “Embers” was written. Kim shares here how God gave her hope in the midst of tremendous loss and this book, Embers is the vehicle to act as a conduit to flow to you ultimately a sense of HOPE and lead you to both know personally and understand the only one who offers true Hope – Jesus.
