Bolivia battles hailstorms as climate change worsens rainfall

A sudden hailstorm hit Bolivia's El Alto on Sunday (March 23). The severe weather, attributed to climate change by the Bolivian Meteorological Institute, forced residents and vendors to seek shelter and clear hail from their stalls and shops.
