ADDENDUM: Shortly after posting the last video I was promptly made aware of the rules regarding filming permits, insurance bonds, fees, public notifications, etc. In the interest of avoiding legal action I agreed to pull the video from public view until these formalities were addressed. Given that I’m more familiar with high voltage systems than complex bureaucracies, I thought the best option would be to simply repeat these tests at another location without these restrictions. This provided an opportunity to double the previous energy levels as well, and to add specific shots that folks in the comments wanted to see. Sorry I couldn't provide more specifics earlier... An outpouring of negative feedback during the legal negotiations would likely have had an adverse effect on the outcome. Thank you for your patience!
