Epic 10kW Solar System Upgrade: Unleashing Solar Assistant Magic!

It's the end of our third month living off-grid in Italy, and despite having more sunny days than November, our DIY 10kW solar system's performance in December was not as expected.
We ended up using our generator more often, which I attribute to two main factors: shorter solar generation windows leading up to the shortest day of the year (21/12) and running mini-split air conditioners on cloudy days to keep our home warm.
