Courageous Faith: Sin in the Camp

Chapter seven is preceded by the children of Israel following
God’s “Unreasonable” plan and marching around Jericho a
prescribed number of times and blowing horns and shouting. And
of course you know what happened… The walls fell down flat and
Jericho was defeated. What we don’t know until chapter seven is
that one man sinned against the Lord by stealing some of the tithe
or first fruits that belonged to the Lord. This sin brought defeat to
Israel when they went up in battle against Ai. Turn in your bibles
to Joshua 7 and let us learn some timeless truths about not letting
sin in the camp.
