Dover SPF Traction Elevators - UNC CH Thurston Bowels (Chapel Hill, NC)

WTF kind of name did they pick for this building? Ironically, the elevators aren't shit and work just fine. There's a service elevator with Dover VR on a separate controller, but it did not seem to work. The main elevators have Traditional Fixtures and they are composite controlled, which is rare for a 1990's Dover Traction.
