Scenic Dover SPF Traction Elevator - UNC CH Cardinal Parking Deck (Chapel Hill, NC)

I thought this was Hydraulic at first, but this is indeed traction! It could run a bit better at some points, but could be a lot worse at the end of the day. I like how it's scenic and the digital floor indicator of that style is super rare!
