Gun Grabbing Judges Hate This Video Revealing Their Awful Ruling

Judge VanDyke released a video dissent to the case ruling on California's magazine capacity restrictions in the NInth Circuit and it left other Judges mad about it.

He very easily demonstrates that by ruling in favor of California's "high capacity magazine ban" by classifying them as accessories, they open the door to ban essentially every part of a firearm as an accessory and thus, not protected by the Second Amendment or the Constitution.

Gun grabbing politicians and activists celebrated the ruling, including CA DA Bonta, but it is incredibly stupid and Judge Van Dyke does an excellent job illustrating this point in the video he made and released, which can be found in full here:

It is worth watching in full, but i cut it down by more than half to show the most salient points and highlight the reaction from some judges to the novel approach to a dissent.
