Welcome new and returning Faith Seekers!

We're coming up to the most important week in Lent - Holy Week.

✝️ In this powerful passage from Matthew 21:12-17, Jesus enters the temple in Jerusalem and confronts the corruption taking place within God’s house. He overturns the tables of the money changers and drives out those who turned the temple into a marketplace, declaring, “My house will be called a house of prayer, but you are making it a den of robbers.”

This moment demonstrates Jesus' righteous anger against those who exploited worshippers for profit. It also highlights His divine authority in restoring the temple’s true purpose as a place of worship and prayer. Following this, Jesus heals the blind and the lame, showing His compassion and power, but the religious leaders react with indignation as children joyfully praise Him, calling Him the Son of David. 🕊️

🌟This passage reveals both the justice and mercy of Christ—He stands against corruption while welcoming those in need. It also foreshadows the growing opposition from religious leaders who refuse to recognize Him as the Messiah.

🛐 This passage isn’t just a historical event—it carries a powerful message for our personal faith and daily walk with God.
Just as Jesus cleansed the temple, we are called to examine our own hearts. Are there distractions, sins, or worldly influences that take the place of true worship? This passage challenges us to remove anything that hinders our relationship with God and to make our hearts a true “house of prayer.”

This passage is a call to transformation—to remove distractions, embrace true worship, and let Jesus restore what is broken in our lives. Let’s invite Him to cleanse our hearts and make us new! 🙏✨
