In the Zaporizhzhia direction, with the advent of spring, the advance of Russian troops commenced, precipitating battles west of Orekhovo. The defense of Ukrainian formations is exhibiting signs of strain, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine are retreating north under the onslaught of Russian troops.This development follows a period of relative "quiet" that ensued after the initial offensive operation by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during which heavy positional battles persisted, albeit within the confines of dry summaries.
