Another Home Legs Workout for 2025

Came up with the is legs day routine for time and effectiveness. More muscle activation with less wear and tear on joints, connective tissue, and the CNS.
1. Belt Squats (DB/KB Sumo Squats if you don't have a landmine or rack attachment or stand alone)
2. Ukrainian Deadlifts
3. Dumbbell Hack Squats
4. Suspension Trainer Pendulum Squats
5. Dumbbell Calf Raises
