Chicken Tacos with smoked salsa and queso fresco. It’s my first time using the komodo this year, AND I even watched a video to learn how to properly manage the temperature as opposed to just burning a whole chimney of charcoal. It only took me two years! #ionlyputgoodthingsinyourmouth

I used Jess Pryles' Tex-Mex seasoning and at least 75% of a recipe from “GuerrilLA Tacos” by Wesley Avila and Richard Parks III
