New Zealand beat Pakistan by 115 runs in the 4th match. Finn Allen POTM

Pakistan Tour of New Zealand 2025:-The 4th Match of 5 Match T-20I series was played between New Zealand and Pakistan at Bay Oval, Mount Maunganui on 23rd March,2025.In this match New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 115 runs. In this match Pakistan Captain Salman Ali agha won the toss and opted to bowl first.
New Zealand while batting first batted superbly and scored 220 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs and gave target of 221 runs to Pakistan to win. In reply Pakistan were all out at paltry score of 105 runs in 16.2 overs and lost the match by 115 runs.
New Zealand while batting first started brilliantly and added 59 runs for the first wicket in 4.1 overs.Tim Seifert was first to go caught by Khushdil Shah of the bowling of Haris Rauf after scoring 44 runs from 22 balls hitting 3 fours and 4 sixes.Then Haris Rauf bold Mark Chapman who scored 24 runs.
Finn Allen top scored with 50 runs from 20 balls hitting 6 fours and 3 sixes.Daryl Mitchell made 29 runs and James Neesham contributed 3 runs. Mitchell Hay made 3 runs.Michael Bracewell remained not out on 46 runs from 26 balls hitting 5 fours and 2 sixes. Zakary Foulkes remined not out on 3 runs. New Zealand scored 220 for 6 wickets in 20 overs.
Pakistan while Chasing huge target of 221 runs to win failed miserably and were bundled out at 105 runs only in 16.2 overs. Pakistan openers Mohammad Haris & Hasan Nawaz got out early after scoring 2 runs and 1 run.
Then Captain Salman Ali Agha was out scoring one run only. Pakistan lost wickets regularly. Abdul Samad top scored with 44 runs and Irfan Khan contributed 24 runs. No other batsmen could reach to double score.Pakistan lost the match by 115 runs and the 5 match series by 3-1 with one match to go.
Finn Allen was adjudged the Player of the Match.
