Here's a simple recipe for Restaurant Style Palak Gosht by Food Fusion:

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless lamb or mutton, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ghee or clarified butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
1. Cook the Lamb: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are golden brown. Add the lamb pieces and cook until they are browned.
2. Add Spices and Spinach: Add the coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic. Cook for another minute. Add the fresh spinach leaves and cook until they are wilted.
3. Blend the Spinach: Let the spinach mixture cool. Then, blend it in a blender or food processor until smooth.
4. Assemble the Palak Gosht: Add the blended spinach mixture back to the lamb mixture. Add the ghee or clarified butter, lemon juice, and water. Stir well to combine.
5. Serve: Serve the Restaurant Style Palak Gosht hot with roti, naan, or rice.
