The Alien Enemies Act has no expiration date and remains technically in force today, though it has been rarely invoked. Its most notable use came during World War II, when President Franklin D. Roosevelt relied on it to intern Japanese, German, and Italian nationals living in the U.S., including the internment of over 100,000 Japanese Americans, many of whom were U.S. citizens (though the latter was also enabled by executive orders like 9066).

STOP NATIONWIDE INJUNCTIONS NOW, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
