People On Their Phones At The Movies Are SCUM! - RANT!

The phone epidemic has gotten out of control. Almost no movie showing is safe these days. Apparently a new study found that 20% of parents let their kids go on mobile devices during a film. That's insane! This needs to stop! I rant about all the issues with phone users at the movies.
