Part 2...What the hell is Meditation all about?

Successful meditation is a simplified form of … self hypnosis ….allowing the mind to lose focus,,, and slip into the subconscious,,,,

It may start with a few seconds, but with practice,, can turn into minutes…… what would be the long-term results of this experience…. ? that’s what I wish to bring to light in part 2….call meditation as a personal therapy……
