God is not looking for those who simply want to do something FOR Him – He wants those who will work WITH Him. To Co-Operate is Co- meaning with and -Operate meaning to work, function, perform. To have a fruitful life in God we must learn how to operate, work, function, perform with God. As the Spirit of God through Paul said, "For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building" (1 Corinthians 3:9 NIV)
