We set off for our first sail of the season with Spock as our buddy boat, enjoying the sunshine and smooth sailing. It’s time to recalibrate the autopilot while Katie gets a treat—a close encounter with dolphins! Catamarans give us the option of using one or both motors, and today, we’re fishing to see what we can catch. Brian surprises Katie with some thoughtful gifts. But wait, what can we do with all these potatoes? With the wind picking up, we decide to move anchorages, and we settle into our cozy "potato kitchen" in our tiny home. When the wind really picks up, it's time for some med mooring—our first experience!
