Patrick Byrne does a stellar analysis on the Tina Peters Trial a "kangaroo court" and the lead up to Tina being given 9+ years of incarceration in a Colorado Prison. This was not only undeserved but according to the DOJ in the "Statement of Interest" worth "looking into" on the basis of complete State over-reach and should never have been taken to trial in the first place! Much less the lack of evidence, her status (no priors, Gold Star Mom, doing her job!) and the subsequent Denial of BAIL on APPEAL.
Patrick's Comment: The DOJ has sent "a letter of interest" saying they are looking into the railroading of Tina Peters.

Dominion complained that the trio of 2020 "election deniers" were seemingly working together to use Peters’ criminal case to get around a protective order in the civil suit to “launder Dominion’s documents to individuals who are not authorized to receive them,” this after the company moved to disqualify Lambert from representing Byrne for months ago leaking discovery to a Michigan sheriff. DAR LEAF.
Lambert and Byrne claimed that the leak to Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf was justified because the discovery documents contained “evidence of criminal violations” of “top level Dominion employees directing and tasking foreign nationals to remotely access voting machines utilized in the United States during the November 3, 2020 election.” (please see article for more complete background on Dar Leaf the Sheriff and Stefanie Lambert the Lawyer)
