Freddy's rescue

This is a special little video about Freddy's rescue and how well he's been doing afterwards. This video is from Friday, August 23, 2024 and shows the moment right before Freddy finally went into the trap. I stopped recording right before he went in, because I didn't want to mess anything up. You'll hear me trying to coax tiny Freddy to go into the cat trap that had lots of food in it. I had a string tied to the trigger of the trap, because Freddy was too light to trigger the trapdoor closed by himself. This was already the 3rd day of me trying to catch Freddy. The night before was a fail, since Freddy didn't trigger the trap closed. So I had to sit there and do it myself. Thankfully, he was finally trusting me enough to come out while I was sitting there. Freddy was horribly itchy due to mites. But we went to the Vet right after that weekend and the mites were gone quickly.

As I upload this, he's already 9 months old and thriving. He has tons of fun with his adoptive siblings and has bonded tightly with Little Sonic. They were best friends right from he start.
