Sometimes you come across pictures, and that image worms its way into your mind. And before you realize what’s happening, a story has unfolded before you. Granted, I’m certain this happens far more to me than most people. That said, every time this occurs, the experience is always a pleasurable one, though some of the resulting stories don’t deserve further attention to refine.

However, even with the ones that I refine into stories for the world, sometimes I lose access to the sight that inspired the image. With that loss, I’m no longer able to reference the source material to gauge how accurately the completed narrative measures up to the initial seed. Unfortunately, this tale appears to be one of those times when I’ve lost access to the original visual prompt. While I tried to record the image with the story, the link was anchored to a Facebook post.

When I went back to the original post, I realized, those posts don’t live forever. They can and apparently can go stale. Despite updating the story, I’ve had to dismiss the original picture and instead focused on the copy of it I held in my mind. As a result, you’ll have to trust me that this story was spawned by an awesome picture of a dragon atop an open book.

Which is a fancy way to say that the video I originally uploaded was not fully edited. The moment I realized my mistake I scrambled to complete the editing to upload the video.
